Type 1

The objective of an ISAE Type I mission is the review of the design and formalization of existing internal controls within the scope previously defined with the client.

The audit is meant to attest the reality of controls declared as in-place. This is performed through actual examples of controls (observed on-site). These examples are referred as “walkthroughs”.

Note: The Type I is mostly declarative, i.e. does not include any assurance within the opinion letter of the final report, due to the fact that a Type I review does not include any sample testing.

Our final deliverable is a (multi-client) ISAE 3402 Type I report.
