We have designed our own seminars (professional training sessions) that stand out by their practical dimension, as we voluntarily drift away from mere theory.

During our training sessions, our methodology is transferred to you via a communication of our practical tools (such as matrices). This transfer then enables you to meet your actual internal audit needs moving forward.

I / Create your internal control function:

OBJECTIVE 1 : Define the internal control function

OBJECTIVE 2 : Identify all parties involved when launching internal control efforts

OBJECTIVE 3 : Implement your dedicated internal control tools (e.g. risk & control matrices).

II / Risk assessment:

OBJECTIVE 1 : Understand key concepts related to risk management.

OBJECTIVE 2 : Understand the expected added-value of a risk assessment exercise.

OBJECTIVE 3 : Acquire a sound methodology divided into distinct phases (preparation, risk identification, risk scoring, final presentation to Top Management).

OBJECTIVE 4 : Acquire simple & pertinent tools to conduct a successful risk assessment project.

III / Conduct an internal audit mission:

OBJECTIVE 1 : Understand your audit objectives for one given audit mission.

OBJECTIVE 2 : Deploy a sound methodology when conducting an audit mission (three main phases : preparation, on-site review, communication of the final report).

OBJECTIVE 3 : Ensure to write recommendations with added-value, and ensure to follow-up on these.

The content of our training is adjusted as needed to match the expectations of the participants (in respect to their actual level of experience).
